Scott Pryal is a veteran risk executive with 20+ years in non-prime auto finance. He has held multiple senior leadership roles, including Chief Risk Officer, spanning the full risk lifecycle: credit policy, underwriting, portfolio and collections strategy, fraud, model governance, and compliance. He currently heads Risk at Open Lending, focusing on loss forecasting, portfolio management, and data-driven decisioning that balances growth with disciplined risk. Earlier in his career, he led forecasting teams overseeing multi-billion-dollar portfolios at AmeriCredit and Exeter. Mr. Pryal holds an MBA and a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas.
