Massimo Monaco is President of Open Lending, where he is responsible for driving business performance, executing strategic initiatives, and supporting the company’s long-term growth. He previously served as Open Lending’s Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Monaco brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on lending and specialty finance.
Before joining Open Lending, Mr. Monaco served as Chief Financial Officer of Arc Home LLC, a residential mortgage lender, from 2018 to 2025, and as Chief Financial Officer of American Financial Resources from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in his career, he held various senior finance leadership positions at PHH Corporation, a leading provider of mortgage lending and servicing solutions.
Mr. Monaco holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts from La Salle University.
