Chief Financial Officer
Massimo Monaco brings over two decades of executive finance leadership experience in the residential mortgage lending and financial services industries. He is known for driving change, strengthening financial discipline, and building strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Arc Home LLC, a residential mortgage lender, from 2018 to 2025, following his role as CFO at American Financial Resources from 2016 to 2018. His extensive background also includes various senior finance positions at PHH Corp, one of the largest outsourcers of home loans in the United States. Mr. Monaco holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts from La Salle University.
