Rachel brings over 15 years of vast experience working in the banking and lending industry and currently oversees all aspects of the Banks & Captives Division within Open Lending.
As Vice President of the Banks & Captives Division, Rachel adds value to existing and prospective clients by developing business strategies and goals for their auto lending volume and performance. Rachel works cross-functionally with lender teams including Risk, Pricing, Project Management, Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to find the best solutions to meet and exceed client expectations and performance indicators.
Rachel’s areas of focus include increasing auto lending volume, profitability, and brand loyalty for clients. Her extensive experience at both JP Morgan Chase and Q2ebanking has provided her considerable knowledge in the industry and ability to strategize optimal solutions for performance.
Rachel holds a degree in Business Foundations from McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Rachel currently resides in Austin, TX with her husband Ryan Collins and two children.
