Open Lending will not sell, rent or distribute clients' personal information, including but not limited to name, address, telephone number, credit card numbers, Social Security Number, bank account numbers, other account numbers, email address and date of birth, without your express permission and consent.

Personal Data Agreement
The personal data agreement is our unbreakable commitment to our clients' privacy. It details the ownership, sharing, deletion and other key features of the personal and credit data we collect and house on your behalf. The items in the Personal Data Agreement will not ever be changed.

Ownership of Data
Our clients' are the sole owner of all their personal, credit and other information collected on this site. Open Lending is housing that data on their behalf and is not the owner of the information.

Selling, Renting or Distributing Data
We will not sell, rent or distribute this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

Sharing
We may share aggregated demographic information with third parties. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Legal Requests
We may be required by law enforcement, government officials or other third parties to disclose your personal information in connection with an investigation of fraud or other illegal activity that may expose us to any liability. Open Lending, in its sole discretion, may disclose any information believed necessary and appropriate to comply with such events.
