| John
Flynn, CEO - joined the Company in April 2000, having just left the
position of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Good2cu.com.
He previously served as Director of Marketing at the Equitable and was responsible
for the development and implementation of the firm's national marketing
program to the credit union industry. John brings a unique perspective as
he previously served, for 12 years, as Chief Executive Officer at Washington
Gas Light Federal Credit Union in Springfield, VA. John's varied background
includes extensive experience in marketing and sales management and as an
entrepreneur at Objective Advisors, Inc., a registered Investment Advisory
firm dedicated to providing "objective" financial management services
to credit unions and banks throughout the country. Mr. Flynn received his
BA in accounting from Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, PA. Richard F. Watkins, Founder - is also a co-founder of ECN and has served as its President since the commencement of company operations on September 1, 1999. Previously, Mr. Watkins co-founded Advanced Resource Computer Systems, Inc. (also known as ARC Systems) in August of 1997, an Austin based technology company specializing in automated underwriting systems for the mortgage industry. In 1997 and 1998, Mr. Watkins served as Chariman and Chief Executive Officer of Texas Capital Markets, Inc. a subsidiary of TCC Industries, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange company. Mr. Watkins served as Vice President and Director of Eaglewood Properties, Inc., a real estate investment company, from July, 1992, through April, 1997, and server as President of United Realty Group, Inc. was the sole general partner of United Realty Group, L.P., the securities of which were traded on the Pacific Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ Small Cap Market. Earlier in his career, Mr. Watkins was employed with Goldman, Sachs & Co. and subsequently directed U.S. investments for foreign investors for five years. Mr. Watkins is a 1971 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and was awarded a Masters in Business and Business Administration in finance by the University of Texas at Austin in 1975. Mr. Watkins is also a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. Charles R. Peissel - serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Treasurer of Open Lending, Inc. and is also a member of the Board of Directors. He has practiced business law in Texas since 1976 with several law firms, including two major regional firms based in Houston and Dallas. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Peissel held various management and administrative positions within these firms. Mr. Peissel is a 1970 graduate of Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in political science. In addition, he holds a Masters in Business Administration degree in finance awarded by the University of Texas in 1972 and a Juris Doctorate degree with high honors awarded by the University of Houston in 1976. Mr. Peissel is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Ross Jessup, CFO - Mr. Jessup serves as CFO of Open Lending, Inc. and is also a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Jessup is also the founder and sole owner of The Jessup Group, a Dallas based public accounting firm. In addition to traditional types of public accounting services, Mr. Jessup specializes in significant transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, management buyouts, and financings. Prior to founding The Jessup Group, Mr. Jessup was a partner and co-founder of Montgomery, Jessup & Co., L.L.P. From 1990 to 1998, he helped the firm grow to more than 25 professionals, causing the firm to be recognized as one of the top 25 fastest growing public accounting firms in the Dallas metroplex. For the six years prior to Montgomery, Jessup & Co., Ross served as a Tax Manager for Arthur Andersen & Co.'s Enterprise Group. The majority of his clients were "venture-backed" manufacturing, distribution and service companies. Ross received a BA in Accounting from The University of Mississippi in 1985. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also is a general partner of several investment funds that provide early stage capital to technology portfolio companies. Eddy Ferguson, Principal Engineer - from 1994 until 1998 Mr. Ferguson worked for Pavilion Technologies, Inc. as a Systems Analyst. From 1998 to 1999 Mr. Ferguson worked as a Software Engineer for Pavilion Technologies where he single-handedly ported one of Pavilion's products to run in an embedded environment that is currently in use at the Boise-Cascade Paper Mill in DeRidder, LA. Pavilion is the world leader in software based process control and process optimization. From June 1999 to March 2000 Mr. Ferguson was employed at Wesson International and was appointed CTO in February 2000. Mr. Ferguson designed and implemented a complete Internet solution for Medsmart Healthcare Networks, Inc, including an extensive online customer service site. |
